Carl Kremer is a Partner at Moaddel Kremer & Gerome LLP. Carl graduated from UC Davis in 2004 with a Bachelors of Science degree and received a Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School in 2007. Prior to founding Moaddel Kremer & Gerome LLP, Carl handled civil litigation cases for both plaintiffs and defendants at one of the nation’s most respected law firms.

Carl began litigating personal injury cases in 2007, and has since established a long record of favorable verdicts and large settlements. For example, Carl represented a plaintiff who was injured when a power press malfunctioned causing the plaintiff to have his arm amputated. The case went to trial and the jury awarded 10 million dollars to the plaintiff.

Carl has been recognized for his legal accomplishments including being named as a Rising Star in Super Lawyers Magazine in the field of civil litigation every year since 2010. Carl is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in California.
