Dan Moaddel is a Los Angeles criminal defense attorney renowned and respected throughout all of Southern California. As the chief litigation strategist at Moaddel Law firm, he has taken the point in a wide array of high profile and challenging cases on both the state and federal level. Additionally Dan handles and litigates immigration matters and has been admitted to appear and handle cases before the Executive Office for Immigration Review. In that capacity he assisted several undocumented clients who were detained by ICE to be released from custody. Most of them remain in the United States awaiting the processing of their asylum case.

A graduate of both UCLA, Summa Cum Laude and Southwestern Law School, Juris Doctor, Dan Moaddel was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2009. Before founding the Moaddel Law Firm in 2014, he was a partner in multiple firms and is also currently partner at Moaddel Kremmer & Gerome, a premier civil litigation law firm.
